Size: 30×40. For this painting, I used a mixture of acrylics for the underpainting. Then, on top, I used soft pastel and oil pastel. I loved doing this one; it was the first painting I used so many different mediums in. I wanted to do something hinting at religion. In a way, this painting is, to me, about rebirth. Going up to the surface to breathe.
